  1. Press cookie dough flat on bottom of 13"x 9" pan.
  2. Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla thoroughly.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Be patient, it should resemble chiffon.
  7. Spread on baked cookie crust.
  8. Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over top.
