- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes; let cool several minutes before moving.
- Enjoy!
