  1. I used almond butter and used half chocolate chips half resins and OMG! Best cookie EVER! You must try this!!

  2. Very good cookies. Easy to make and taste. When I make them next time I will put in chocolate chip.

  3. I used creamy peanut butter, and just upped the flour to 2 cups, they turned out great! This is not a marriage of ingredients I would have put together, but now I'm hooked.

  4. Some good. I did use vegan margarine. Spelt flour, multigrain flour and ground flax. Vegan chocolate chips. Water and ground flax to levin. Easy to make vegan. Nuts are good in there too.

  5. I added a quarter cup extra peanut butter and quarter cup less butter. I added a quarter cup of hot cocoa mix. I added a quarter cup of graham cracker crumbs. And subtracted a quarter cup of regular flour.

Tweaks

  1. I also made them into Cookie Bars rather than into individual cookies. So basically I filled the entire cookie pans. I just turned a grocery bag inside out and patted it. So beyond yummy!!
