  2. Beat milk with egg and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add to dry ingredients and beat just until well moistened.
  4. Lightly butter hot griddle.
  5. Spoon by ¼ cupfuls onto griddle.
  6. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Peanut Butter Maple Syrup:.
  8. Combine syrup and peanut butter in sauce pan.
  9. Heat, stirring until smooth and heated through.
  10. Serve over pancakes.
