Peanut Butter Pie

CRUST
- 1 1⁄4 cups oreo chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted

FILLING
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
directions
- CRUST: Combine crust ingredients. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Cool.
- FILLING: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, gently spoon into crust. Garnish with chocolate or cookie crumbs, if desored.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
