  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 1 12 cups chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 14 cups Old-Fashioned Quaker oats
  • 3 tablespoons water

directions

  • Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl.
  • microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Add the rest of ingredients and mix together.
  • Press into a 9x9 tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Cut into 12 equal bars.

I love to cook, but with two picky kids (ages 5 and 8) and no free time, I have a limited ability to be creative these days. I try to feed my family healthy foods so am always looking for quick, but wholesome meals. I usually only review the recipes that we found to be outstanding or very good.
