Peanut Butter Roll

"This is an old favorite. It is a nice addition to a cookie tray. Although the instructions say to form it into a roll, I have made it as a square in an 8x8-inch pan as well."

  1. How could this be anything but 5 stars !!! Totally addictive !!!!

  2. Delicious and so easy to make with items I usually have on hand. I followed as written except I cut the recipe in half. I choose to put mine in an 8 X 8 pan, but forgot to butter the dish, and it was very difficult to get out, totally my fault. These are nice and crunchy peanut flavored treats. Made for PRMR, as an adopted tag for Sam#3.

  3. Perfect for the peanut butter lovers and for an easy to make sweet. Have been making this one in a pan, doing it up in a roll is a wonderful way to give this added appeal. Why did I not think of that! In the pan or in a roll, it makes for an empty serving plate. It's one of those recipes that one goes back to again and again. Thank you for sharing.

  4. These were really yummy! I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for them to cool enough to form, so I put them in greased muffin cups. They were delicious! They didn't last long in our house. Thanks for a great recipe! ~Amy
