  1. I made it exactly as posted and thought it was ok, but I just had to tinker with it a bit. I added a bit of sesame oil and soy sauce and then I thickened it up with some extra peanut butter and I liked it a whole lot more. I didn't eat it with mixed salad greens, we dipped our spring rolls in it. Thanks for the recipe! It was easy to change to suite our tastes!

  2. This was devoured! The very Thai-like flavor turns bland greens into an exciting salad. Ten stars!

  3. Made as per the recipe except had to sub dried ginger and it's really good. Added a touch of sesame oil and a touch of soy sauce like ieatfo0od's review and it's super good! Not sure if it will get better as it sits, since I didn't let it sit. Eating it on some mixed greens with edamame right now! Might add some extra peanut butter next time, but just used what was in the jar this time. Good, quick, and easy, so it's a keeper! Update: This is also great in a Thai pasta salad with chicken and veggies!

  4. OH, MAN! Those were the first words out of my mouth when I tried this. It is creamy and sophisticated... much better than the walnut dressing I had at a four star seafood restaurant last month! I would give it five stars, but I had to substitute sesame oil for the vegetable oil and didn't get to follow the exact recipe.

I am a teacher, and have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 9 years. I have a niece who is 7, and a nephew who is 1. Also, I have 2 sweet kitties. Sinatra is a bit on the plump side, and Audrey is a petite dainty thing. They both are almost mirror images of each other. <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v202/airbornearmywife/joshnatras2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a> <embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://wmg.photobucket.com/pbwidget.swf?pbwurl=http://wmg.photobucket.com/albums/v202/airbornearmywife/1159026847.pbw" height="120" width="400"></embed> <a href="http://www.amazingcounter.com"><img border="0" src="http://c8.amazingcounters.com/counter.php?i=1680027&c=5040394" alt="Web Counter"/></a> <img src="http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e347/Saturn6666/KiwiDutch/3chefstag1.jpg"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/PAC08Main.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
