Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

"Almost like a brownie since it's made in a jelly roll pan. Of course I can never get enough of my fixation on p.b. and the best part is the frosting--"

  1. It is very good, but as some have said also very sweet. It didn't stop everyone from gobbling it up though. Thank you for posting!

  2. Very tasty peanut butter cake! I made a layer cake out of it. I used the peanut butter icing for the middle layer and covered the rest of the cake with dark chocolate frosting. We felt that the peanut butter icing was a little too sweet for our taste, but the dark chocolate helped to cut the sweetness. Made for Sweet Traditions tag.

  3. I made this for DH's ranch boys. They just loved it! The frosting is just delicious! I used Splenda in place of sugar so I could try this. Worked great with 1 3/4 cup Splenda. I will make this delicious cake often! Thanks CB! Made for KK Mini cookathon bonus!

  4. Very yummy cake and so easy. Made this for our church picnic and needless to say there wasn't any for me to bring home. This is a nice change from the normal chocolate sheet cake. Can't wait to try it again with chocolate frosting. Also, this was very easy to convert to gluten free - just used my favorite flour mix and added 1 T of ground flax seed. Thanks for posting this Coffee! Made for Zaar Cookbooks Tag.

  5. Very moist! I halved the recipe into an 8x8 pan but still had to bake it for 25 minutes. I lower the sugar to 3/4 cup and still found it to be too sweet. I know DH will love it though!
