- 1 1⁄3 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 5⁄8 teaspoon salt
directions
- Using a Blender, grind the peanuts until they become peanut butter. This should take about 5 minutes. Stop occasionally to push the peanuts down towards the blades. I use the Pulse button because this helps to allow the peanut to fall naturally back down to the blades.
- Remove the Peanut Butter from the blender and combine it with the Peanut Oil, Confectioners Sugar, and Salt.
- Thoroughly mix the ingredients and enjoy.
