1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup chunky peanut butter
¹⁄₂ cup raisins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg in large bowl. Add sugar. Mix. Add peanut butter and raisins. Mix. Place medium spoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove when cookies start to brown. Better to undercook than to overcook. Immediately place in freezer for 5-10 minutes. Yields about a dozen 2 inch cookies.
