  • In a food processor, coarsley chop scallion.
  • Add peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and tabasco.
  • Process untill smooth.
  • This sauce keeps well, covered and refrigerated , for 2 weeks.
