Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup peanut butter, I use organic
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 slices jalapeno peppers, diced (I use the nacho kind or fresh depending on what I have)
  • 1 small shallot, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Directions

  1. Saute Jalapeno and shallot in cooking oil untill translucent.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir together.
  3. cook at a low heat untill sauce thickens, aprox. 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve over your favorite dish.
