  1. Combine first three ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed; add sugars and beat for 4 minutes; add eggs and vanilla and mix at low; add in peanut butter and combine fully.
  3. Add flour mixture and mix at low speed.
  4. Stir in peanuts.
  5. Refrigerate dough overnight.
  6. Preheat oven to 350.
  7. Place dough in 1 inch balls, 1 inch apart on baking sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
