Peanutty Power Shake

"One glass has more protein than an ounce of meat. Amazing :) as I am currently searching for yummy and unsual ways of getting in my protein and calcium. I usually HATE shakes and smoothies and what not, but I tried this recipe from my local grocery store for breakfast one morning and I was delightfully suprised."

I try to tend a lot to their tastes (she likes traditional comfort foods and he prefers spicer fare) and I am very health concious. I am also an avid baker and run my own bakery business when I'm not at school so I am always looking for and creating new bakery recipes.
