Pear Salad With Lemon Dill Dressing

"If you love fruit in your salad, this is a great salad for winter when fruit is scarce. It is super simple, yet very elegant. One of my family favorites. I made this up when trying to impress some dinner guest with a great salad in the dead of winter."

  • Salad:.
  • Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Top with chopped pears. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Spread toasted pecans on the top of the salad last.
  • Dressing:.
  • Mix mayo and lemon juice well. Add dill and Splenda mixing well. Lastly slowly incorporate the heavy cream. Refridgerate at least 4 hours. Serve dressing with salad.
