I am the office manager of an ophthalmology practice by day and a chef wanna be by night and weekend.
I love food and I love to experiment with food. I read about food and I sometimes am consumed with learning about food. I am a low carber so I have an interest in cooking with whole wheat and grains. I don't use sugar I use substitutes and my pet peave is no food network shows feature ways to substitute these things in cooking.
