  • Soak sweet rice overnight, drain and set aside.
  • Mix ground pork with onion, egg white, soy sauce, salt, sherry, bisquick mix and water chestnuts.
  • Form balls about 1 1/2" diameter.
  • Roll balls in sweet rice until they are well covered.
  • Place balls in steamer.
  • Steam for 25 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
  • Note: Prep time does not include soaking time for sweet rice.
