  • In large skillet melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add onion and cook, stirring often for 3 min, or until soft.
  • Add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 5 min or until tender.
  • Stir in peas, lemon, salt and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring until heated through.
