3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 cups tiny fresh pea pods (can sub 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas)
¹⁄₄ cup chopped onion
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon pepper
3 large lettuce leaves

directions

Heat peanut oil in a skillet.
Add peas, onions, salt and pepper; cover and cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes.
Add lettuce.

I thought the peanut oil would taste weird with the peas, but it did not and it was very good. I liked how simple this was to make. Made for ZWT 8 for The Fearless.
