  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Topping:
  3. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well until eggs are golden and set aside.
  4. Filling:
  5. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, and egg.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour filling into pie shell.
  8. Top with toasted pecans.
  9. Pour Topping over pecans.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes.
