  1. In medium saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Cook celery in butter until tender.
  3. Add bouillon cube; crush with back of spoon.
  4. Stir in flour, salt, and poultry seasoning.
  5. Add milk all at once.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
  7. Stir in lemon juice, chicken, pimiento, and pecans.
  8. Cook and stir until heated through.
  9. Spoon over hot waffles and garnish with additional pecans, if desired.
