Pecan Crusted Pork Noisettes

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine pecans and panko, and spread on a jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then place in a shallow dish.
  • Place flour in a seperate shallow dish.
  • Combine water and egg in a seperate bowl.
  • Slice the pork crosswise into 8 slices, and place each pork slice between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap.
  • Pound to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  • Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, and dip in egg mixture, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet, over medium-high heat.
  • Add half of pork to pan, cook 2 minutes on each side.
  • Place pork on a jelly-roll pan.
  • Repeat procedure with the remaining pork and butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
