Pecan Dreams

"Mamaw used to send these to us every year. Year by year there was a greater scent of menthaladum with the cookies. She used it on her hands for comfort her arthritus. The last year or 2 she sent them we actually could not eat them. I had marked a recipe of pecan sandies.....however I found this in her hand in the "She Could Cook" binder my sister put together about our Mother's recipes. Mamaw was our Father's mother."
