ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 3 large eggs
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
directions
- Defrost frozen pie crust.
- Combine eggs and next 5 ingredients.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes (filling will appear soft).
- Cool on a rack.
- 1 frozen deep-dish pastry shell may be substituted.
