  1. mix first 3 ingred in bowl.
  2. make a well in center.
  3. beat eggs till foamy, stir butter and vanilla in with eggs.
  4. add to dry ingred.
  5. stir just till moist place in greased muffin cups, 2/3 full.
  6. bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
