Pecan Pimento Blue Cheese Ball

"This is my favorite cheese ball recipe. A close family friend made it every year at the holidays and she always made me one on my birthday. She passed away a few years ago and I took over the tradition. I am unsure of where the recipe came from - but I would guess that it once appeared on the lable of the pimento cheese used in the recipe. It is so easy to make and is really yummy!"

  • Mix cream cheese, pimento cheese spread and blue cheese togehter until they are combined well.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  • Form mixture into a ball and roll in the pecans.
  • Serve with crackers.
