“This is my favorite cheese ball recipe. A close family friend made it every year at the holidays and she always made me one on my birthday. She passed away a few years ago and I took over the tradition. I am unsure of where the recipe came from - but I would guess that it once appeared on the lable of the pimento cheese used in the recipe. It is so easy to make and is really yummy!”

  1. Mix cream cheese, pimento cheese spread and blue cheese togehter until they are combined well.
  2. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  3. Form mixture into a ball and roll in the pecans.
  4. Serve with crackers.
