  • Prepare crust in food processor using the pulse method until dough forms a ball. Roll between 2 sheets of plastic. Transfer to tart pan or press directly into fluted tart pan. Prick with fork and bake at 400 degrees until light golden brown.
  • Pour pecan mixture in hot tart shell. Reduce temp to 350 degrees and bake until dark brown and bubbly.
  • Cool, remove from tart pan and serve.
