- 2⁄3 cup rolled oats
- 2⁄3 cup corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2⁄3 cup margarine, melted
- pie crust
directions
- In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
- Lay a square of foil on top of the pie if it starts to get too brown.
- Let cool before serving.
