Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Saute bacon till fat is rendered.
  3. Add thawed peas and saute 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, stirring until just done.
  5. Add butter, lower heat so butter melts slowly.
  6. In a bowl combine ricotta, salt & pepper and parm. cheese.
  7. Just before serving, whisk in cheese mixture.
  8. Drain pasta and toss with cheese mixture.
  9. Add bacon and toss.
