  1. Cook pasta, reserving 2 tablespoons pasta water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil. Add sausages and cook, stirring 3-4 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add salt, hot pepper flakes, milk, wine and mustard; cook, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pan, for 3-4 minutes or until lightly thickened.
  4. To the pasta, add sausage, basil, reserved pasta water, tossing to combine.
