  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Cook the garlic in olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat until garlic turns slightly yellow.
  • Add artichokes and green beans and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Pour in white wine and continue cooking until liquid in reduced by three fourths.
  • Add broth and reduce liquid by half. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan.
  • Toss pasta with sauce mixture and serve.
