  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes to pan; cook 3 minutes or until skins begin to wrinkle and burst. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach, peppers and beans; cook 3 minutes or until spinach is slightly wilted. Stir in pasta, basil, vinegar and salt; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
