  • Mix yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup of the water. Let sit til bubbly.
  • Add wet ingredients, then dry ingredients. Knead for 15 minutes.
  • Let rise for about 2 hours.
  • Punch down and form into a loaf. Let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  • Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
