  1. In food processor, "crack" the pepper, coriander seeds, and salt separately and then mix, adjusting amount of salt to taste.
  2. Rub olive oil on fish or meat and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  3. Rub mixture over entire piece.
  4. Barbecue or bake in oven as you prefer.
