  • Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  • With a whisk, mix in flour and allow to cook for about 1 minute.
  • Slowly whisk in milk.
  • Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add cheese, keep whisking until cheese melts.
  • Serve with chips, veggies or whatever floats your boat.

  3. This was easy to prepare. However, it was quite soupy and not what I expected. If it was a bit thicker I could see using it with veggies and Cajun Fireballs (#26684). It just didn't work for us.
