Pepper-Pecan Dip
"This dip is a great combination of nuts, savory cheese, and sweet red pepper jelly. I enjoyed it at my in-law's this Christmas. It's great with wheat thins or other crackers."

- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 10 ounces red pepper jelly
directions
- Combine first four ingredients. Mix well. Press into a pie plate.
- Spread jelly over the top.
- Serve with wheat thins or other crackers.
