Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Season steak with salt & pepper.
  3. Brown steak with butter & onions.
  4. Transfer to baking dish, with little drippings and arrange sliced green peppers around steak.
  5. Add gravy and water to slightly cover.
  6. Cover dish with foil and bake 2 hours.
  7. Wisk flour and water, add to dish and cover for an additional 10-15 minutes until thickened.
  8. Serve with rice or egg noodles!
