Peppermint Bark Hearts

"I found this in a Christmas cookie cookbook years ago and have been making them for christmas ever since. They are simple to make and really look pretty on a cookie tray. I usually buy white chocolate chips, and quite a bit more than the recipe calls for, instead of the candy coating called for because I like a little thicker, richer tasting center. These hold really well and can be made at least a week in advance. Cooking time includes cooling time."
