Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 5 cups icing sugar
  • 2 12 teaspoons peppermint extract (to taste)
  • 2 -3 tablespoons cream, 10%
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

  1. whip butter.
  2. blend in icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of half and half.
  3. add egg whites and BEAT! until fluffy.
  4. mix in peppermint extract.
  5. Be sure to taste!
