Directions

  1. Sift together flour, salt & soda; set aside.
  2. Beat together butter, and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Blend in egg.
  4. Add flour mixture& mix well.
  5. Stir in mints and oats.
  6. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°F.
  7. Mix icing ingredients.
  8. Allow cookies to cool and then drizzle with icing.
