Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 lb soft peppermint stick candy
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 cups whipping cream

Directions

  1. Combine milk and candy; cover and refrigerate 12 hours. (Candy will dissolve).
  2. Combine candy mixture, half and half, and whipping cream in freezer can of a 1 gallon ice cream freezer.
  3. freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
  4. Let ripen at least 1 hour.
