- 1 quart milk
- 1 lb soft peppermint stick candy
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups whipping cream
directions
- Combine milk and candy; cover and refrigerate 12 hours. (Candy will dissolve).
- Combine candy mixture, half and half, and whipping cream in freezer can of a 1 gallon ice cream freezer.
- freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
- Let ripen at least 1 hour.
