Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups fresh Baby Spinach
  • 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 14 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 14 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, romaine, onion, pepperoncinis and tomato.
  2. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently to coat.
