- 2 cups fresh Baby Spinach
- 2 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1⁄4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
directions
- In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, romaine, onion, pepperoncinis and tomato.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss gently to coat.
