ingredients
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
- 1⁄3 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
directions
- In a large pan combine soup, water and garlic, bring to boil over high heat.
- Stir in macaroni, green onion, oregano and pepperoni. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until macaroni is almost done.
- Pour into 4 oven proof bowls, top with cheeses, broil for 3-5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
