Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 14 lb pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 1 -2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 12 cups pizza sauce

Directions

  1. Roll out dough to 8 x 15 inch rectangle.
  2. Spread thin layer of pizza sauce (may not use all) over dough to within 1 inch of edges.
  3. Top sauce with cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Starting from long edge, roll up dough.
  5. Pinch all seams and ends to seal.
  6. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  7. Cover with waxed paper.
  8. Let rise 15 minutes.
  9. Bake@400 degrees Farenheit for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
