- 6 ounces Pepsi, per person
- crushed ice
- 1 1⁄2 ounces vanilla liqueur
directions
- Pour the Pepsi in a tall glass.
- Add the liquor.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Garnish with cherry, a slice of pineapple, and some mint.

This was good and refreshing. I used vanilla vodka (I wasn't sure what vanilla liqueur was) and I really enjoyed this.

Still in West Virginia but we've moved a few miles away, down to the county capitol. It's a compromise: bigger than our last town but smalelr than the "big city" of Cumberland MD, right up the road. Jobs are not that plentiful here so I am fortunate to be able to work at home (I'm a writer).
