  1. Preheat oven to 375 degees.
  2. 1. Mix flour & baking soda and set aside.
  3. 2. Cream margarine and sugars together on low speed until fluffy.
  4. 3. Add vanilla, and eggs and mix well.
  5. 4. Add flour mixture; a little at a time, until thoroughly mixed.
  6. 5. Mix in choclate chips and nuts.
  7. 6. Drop on baking sheets with cookie scoop or teaspoon and press down each one very lightly.
  8. 7. Bake for 10-11 min (in my oven its about 10 and a half).
  9. 8. Cool for about 2 min, then cool on wire racks.
  10. If cookie looks real soft its ok. because they harden as they cool.
