Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil (mixture will foam).
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Reserve 1/4 c for basting, if desired.
  5. Marinate meat in remaining marinade for up to 4 hours.
  6. Make enough to marinate about 2 lbs of pork or poultry.
