Perfect Soft Guacamole
"This is a different guacamole, is green and perfect soft for meat or chips. It´s an antique recipe of my mother in law, very Mexico style and excellent for a "cinco de mayo" party."

ingredients
- 3 green tomatoes, in pieces
- 3 green chilies
- 1⁄4 onion
- 1⁄4 garlic clove
- 1⁄4 bunch cilantro
- 1 1⁄2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
directions
- Blend all ingredients except the avocado, until mixture smooth.
- Taste the mix, use more salt or chiles if you want it more spicy.
- Add the avocado using a spoon and blend the mixture.
- Serve in a sauce bowl put the avocado seed inside.
