- 3 large tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices (about 12 oz each)
- 1⁄3 cup caesar salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated onions
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- salt and pepper
directions
- Overlap sliced tomatoes on serving patter.
- In small bowl, whisk together dressing, onion, and pesto.
- Drizzle dresssing over tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
