- 8 medium red potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup onion
- 1⁄2 cup celery
- 1⁄2 cup pickle
- 1⁄2 cup bacon bits
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
directions
- boil potatoes let cool peal and slice, take 5 hard boiled eggs and slice mix eggs and other ingredients together, slice rest of eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika, and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
